🎭 We are a small team of theatergoers, museum wanderers, and concert-hall regulars who kept losing our best memories to crumpled programs and camera rolls. JokeArt Gallery began as our own attempt to give every performance, exhibition, and evening out a proper, permanent home.

JokeArt Gallery was built as a completely private, 100% offline culture journal. This policy explains, in plain terms, why there is essentially nothing for us to collect, store, or share — because your event entries, ratings, photos, and reflections never leave your device.
JokeArt Gallery collects no personal information whatsoever. We do not ask for your name, email, location, contacts, or any account credentials — there is no account to create in the first place.
Because nothing is collected, nothing is used, analyzed, profiled, or sold. The event details, ratings, and ticket photos you enter exist solely to build your own personal chronicle, for your eyes only.
Every venue you log, every seat number, every star rating, and every photo of a program or ticket stub is stored locally in the app's own storage on your device. Nothing is uploaded to any cloud, server, or backend we operate — because we don't operate one.
The app contains no analytics software development kits, no advertising networks, and no third-party trackers. The built-in database of countries, cities, and venues ships inside the app and requires no network calls to function.
Since your cultural journal never travels across a network, there is no transmission to intercept and no remote database to breach. Your device's own security protections are the only safeguard needed, and they remain firmly in your control.
JokeArt Gallery does not knowingly or unknowingly collect data from anyone, including children under 13. Because no information is gathered from any user of any age, the app is inherently compliant with children's privacy protections such as COPPA.
There are no servers holding your data, so there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf. You remain in full control at all times — editing or removing individual event entries within the app, or uninstalling the app to erase your entire local journal instantly.
Should our practices ever change, we will update this policy and revise the effective date above. As our approach is offline-first by design, any future revisions will continue to honor the same core promise: your memories stay yours.
